Designed specifically for "on the go," the app allows you to easily update your food diary, estimate exchanges though the bar code scanner, track your body movement, and stay inspired. What's more, through the Discovery In Recovery app you will be able to stay connected, both by sharing your information with your treatment team and by finding free groups if you need a little extra support!
