Use Direct Report whenever you need to instantly keep track of and support your employees. For example, if Joe had a fantastic meeting with a client, make a note of it through Direct Report with as much detail as desired. If a recent e-mail reminds you that Jane needs to work on keeping her written communications professional, make note in Direct Report.

A: Yes, as long as it's something where you need to keep track of particular incidents, Direct Report can work for that task.

A: Currently this cannot be done since both programs were built specifically for the particular device. We are looking at using iCloud to enable this.
Q: When will you implement feature X?
A: If you would like a new feature in Direct Report, please e-mail me at the support e-mail with your request. We are currently looking to implement iPad camera and iCloud in the next update.
Q: How do I set my password?
A: To set a password, you need to first turn the password option on in the settings menu. This will prompt you to create your password. Be sure to write this down somewhere safe, there is no password recovery built into Direct Report.
Now, close the app down completely by bring up the multi-tasking window (home button twice.) Hold your finger down on the Direct Report icon until you see the red minus and tap that to close the app down completely. The app will now ask for the password whenever you open it back up.
Unfortunately, this feature was designed before the iPad had multi-tasking capability. This means you need to completely close Direct Report down whenever you close it. We will issue a fix in the future that prompts you for a password whenever it resumes from mult-tasking.
