Diligent is a productivity-focused application that reinvents writing notes in digital format. Instead of writing endless lines of text just write down short informative paragraphs and Flag them as ToDo, Memo, Call or Email, assign them Due date and mark which project they belong to.

This paragraphs - we call them entries - are displayed on Diligent`s home screen informing you which task you have to attend in near future. When you are done you can tick and hide them. It helps you be organized and in control of your time. To improve your productivity, you can concentrate in all tasks with same Flag at one time. For instance in the morning you can make all your calls and complete all tasks flagged as call. Journal view offers you overview of all your notes and if you are looking for a particular information, but do not remember in which note it was written you can use a search function. As an added bonus for better organization, you can sort your notes by projects and be in control at any time!
