The application Dieta4you® answers to the following question:
"What is it scheduled in my diet for today?"
Just imagine for a second all those stickers on the fridge or in the kitchen, that contain your diet. From today you will not need them anymore because you will have on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad Dieta4you®.
Dieta4you® is your personal agenda, which includes all meals scheduled by your dietician or nutritionist.
The application permits to create different kind of meals throughout the day, verifying what you effectively have consumed and it will give you as well the possibility to create a grocery list, when a meal finishes.

How it works:
The application is very easy. In the initial phase you should insert, in the configuration section, your personal information, including height, ideal weight and age. In this section you can also reset all the previously entered data.
Once done, you should access into the meals section to define the daily meals list scheduled in your diet, indicating as well the timelines.
After this stage, in the diet section, you can begin to insert the food for each meal and for every day. One of the most useful function, in this phase, it is the insertion of the duplication of the day. This procedure permits to copy all the data even for the day after, enabling in this way a rapid creation of your weekly or monthly schedule.
