If you have trouble jogging your memory that far back then how about letting your iPhone do that job for you? DiaryLog is a location aware personal journal. One can record entries in this application along with pictures using the iPhone camera. The application stores those entries along with location and pictures. The current version does not support syncing with the server. However we are adding web synchronization in version 2.0 so stay tuned for further updates.
