DialogMD is a SaaS-based application developed for healthcare practices. Individual practices can configure their instances to provide various patient engagement tools to
their client base through an integrated mobile application. The mobile counterpart of the application can be offered by the practices to their patients at the time of registration.
Patient can register on the app with the credentials provided by the practice. The app can support multiple practices based on the practice ID provided by the patient.
DialogMD is a patient engagement app for iPhone, facilitating essential tasks like Prescription review and Refill request, Patient appointment scheduling, Notifications/Reminders from Practice, and Emergency support.
Some Features of DialogMD app:
1)Patient can register on the app with the credentials provided by the practice and request for a prescription refill from the list of pending prescriptions.
2) User can also view office timings & holidays for various practice locations and request for a suitable appointment in his location. Furthermore, notifications for appointment confirmations, rejections and suggested new timings can be received on the app.
3) Another noteworthy feature is the emergency contact utility which allows the patient to make a direct call to the physician.
The mobile application has a web counterpart which allows practices to manage patients and related prescriptions and appointments, apart from other general configurations.

1) Practice admin will register the patient and will provide the login credentials to patients by using which patient can access mobile application.
2) Practice admin will provide practice id and patient id to patient and then patient will use these details to complete registration process using mobile application.
Practices can also send appointment reminders as well as marketing or educational updates to one or selected list of patients. The mobile application supports multiple practices on user’s mobile with secured communication.
