DeltaPCalc
Detailed App Info:
Application Description
This is a quick pressure drop calculation tool on predicting water pipe pressure loss for engineering student and fluid professionals. With equivelant length method, it could also be used to predict restriction for bend and valve connection components.
The input of this tool is well self explained. All your inputs are water flow rate, water temperature, which will calculate the relative density and viscosity automatically, and pipe physical parameters including pipe diameter, length and surface roughness. Output of the tool includes pressure drop. Density, viscosity, Reynolds number, velocity and volume flow rate are all calculated for your reference. Turbulence and laminar flow was automatically switched based on Reynolds number.
Please leave your feedback for this application at the support link. Enhanced features based on your feedback will be published into future versions.
