Deborah McCrary, founder and CEO of BID Beauty, LLC (Body Image by Deborah). McCrary is an advanced personal fitness trainer, executive exercise coach. In 1996, Ms. McCrary had the American dream life as wife, mother, and CEO of an image based consulting firm, BID Beauty, LLC. Without warning, her life's path changed abruptly, leaving her as a widow and single mother of three sons. Dealing with the stress and demands of this life-altering experience, affected her mind, body, and her spirit. Deborah was counseled to try an exercise program to assist me in coping with feelings of depression and fatigue. The results were phenomenal. As her spirits lifted, she had a renewed purpose-filled life and embraced a commitment to a lifestyle change which promotes health, physical fitness and improved self-esteem. Deborah also had a newly sculptured body, dropping from a size 14 to 6 in one year.
