Date Notifier is a very easy to use app that sends you a notification every day with a historical "what happened today in history?" fact. Whether your favorite football team won the Superbowl, your favorite TV show aired for the first time, or the first email was sent a number of years ago: you'll know about it.
The notification also includes the current day and date. You no longer have to search through pages of apps for the calendar icon to figure out what the date is. Just set the app up for Notification Center, and you will automatically get a new notification every 24 hours, at any time you want.
