Application Description
DACO Mobile is intended to provide consumers with our services at the simple touch of a button.
The Department of Consumer Affairs and the Government of Puerto Rico developed this tool so that consumers may have all the services that our agency has available on their smart phones.
Services available on this application include: filing of complaints, consumer alerts, regulation codes, laws, administrative orders, and the location of our regional offices, among other services.
With the use of this application the consumer is more educated about the rights, and has access to our services without having to visit the regional offices or even leave their homes.
Consumers are the priority of the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Government of Puerto Rico, and we know they will make good use of this tool.
NOTICE: The filing of complaints for violations under “DACO” jurisdiction can only be further processed if the transaction between the consumer and the merchant involved was done within the Territory of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
