Doner kebab is made from 100% mince lamb,boned and minced daily on the premises mixed with a secret blend of herbs and spices,then cooked on a rotating spit.

Chicken kebab is made using grade A English chicken breast farm assured, marinated in a delicate blend of herbs and olive oil,and cooked over a charcoal grill.

Shish kebab is made using local English lamb leg from lune/ribble valley, marinated in a delicate blend of herbs and olive oil,and cooked over a charcoal grill.

All our kebabs are suitable for a gluten free diet and can be served in a gluten free pitta on request.
