Customers use a location aware mobile application to discover businesses that use Customer Knows. They can see surveys for a given location, see offers and also a feedback form.

All feedback goes to local resource at the business location. No more filling cumbersome feedback forms on websites, its all done through a simple mobile application. It is always free for customers.

Customers can also add their own user generated locations if a business does not support Customer Knows.
