This mobile application is for the customers who are currently using CTX Portal as Video Conference Scheduling & Managing Solution.
Using the CTX Portal Mobile Application, schedule and check the meetings more conveniently from anywhere at anytime.

1. Check and modify meetings
Able to view the list of all the meetings that the user hasto attend, and also able to modify the meetings that the user has created.

2. RSVP function
Able to notice the attendance of participants to the meeting host via RSVP function, and the host will be able to check the attending status response of participants.

3. Send Reference Invitation
Able to send the meeting invitation to reference attendee. Meeting details will be sent via email to selected attendee for their reference.

4. Alerts and ‘Push’ notification
Able to set alerts for each meeting and be notified for new meetings in real-time by activating the ‘Push’ notification functionality.
