Crease Beast was founded out of passion and necessity. Crease Beast Lax offers elite lacrosse training, specializing in 3 areas of lacrosse: Goalkeeping Training (technical, tactical, mental), Crease Attack (technical, tactical, creative shots), and Coaching Programs (Practice plans, workouts, how to train and integrate goalkeepers into team practices). We offer individual and group private lessons.
- Find out camp locations for hands-on training
- Record voice memos from instructors on important notes and tips
- Be kept up to date on any changes for games or practices
- Take "Beast" pictures and send them to us for sharing with other Crease Beast members
- Keep track of scrimmage scores and email them out when you are done.
