The CRC Cards app is a tool that assists in object-oriented software design following the responsibility-driven approach. It allows software developers to record candidate objects for the design, their responsibilities in the system and the objects they collaborate with.
The ideas discussed during design brainstorming sessions can be recorded using this app. The CRC cards are saved for further discussion and refinement in future sessions. Once the initial design has been solidified, the CRC cards can also be referenced to help guide the implementation of the classes.
