CPT Lite provides Project-level coverage of waterborne commerce movements through navigation channels, ports, and waterways maintained by the US Army Corps of Engineers. CPT Lite is designed for decision makers requiring quick, reliable access to summary statistics for Corps navigation projects, and is based upon the more detailed Channel Portfolio Tool. Supporting figures are provided by the Waterborne Commerce Statistics Center (WCSC), and users are advised to validate the results of CPT Lite against the published WCSC reports for decision-support purposes. CPT Lite was developed by Applied Research Associates, Inc. for the Coastal Inlets Research Program (CIRP) at the US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC).
