Application Description
SmartCity provides the ability to report a ticket\issue to city maintenance.
SmartCity Application opens with a registration form (for the first time).
User is entering user name - “שם משתמש” and can also add more information, not a requirement.
User name is provided by municipality. No password is required.
Next screen containing several options to proceed on: Users can choose to start a new report “אירוע חדש” to the city-maintenance, to check the status of former report/s “אירועים” or to view messages from city-management “הודעות מהרשות”. Users can also change settings or update their details.
After choosing “אירוע חדש” (new event) user faces a screen with the fields “כתובת” (address), “נושא” (subject), “תיאור” (description) and “תמונות” (pictures) to fill.
Clicking a field opens a suitable screen to assist user in filling out the details needed (a text or an image).
Filling all fields will lead the user to a screen containing all filled content. In this screen user can confirm the information (or go back and correct it) and create the event and send it to city-maintenance (“צור אירוע”).
Then, the event will get into city-maintenance records, and get numbered.
User will get a message via SMS like interface, which confirms the existence of the event in city-maintenance files and enables user to get further info about city-maintenance treatment.
User will also get noticed via push notifications messages when there is a new info concerning the ticket.
To clear the info in the application and start from scratch - “אתחל מערכת” < - “הגדרות”.
