The Core Workout, performed for 20-30 minutes, 2-3 times a week, will improve your fitness level using a few simple exercise items, like a BOSU® Ball, a medicine ball, and a few weights. The exercise videos are fully contained in the app, so you can review them anytime you want, even when no 3G or WiFi networks are available.
