Our app is simply one spectacular Corcoran property, delivered to your app at 10am every day. You'll be able to browse full-screen high resolution images, get detailed information, view floorplans, pricing and a wealth of other information. You'll even be able to check out the surrounding neighborhood with our unique 'Nearby' options, which show restaurants, nightlife, shopping and many other options in the immediate vicinity of the home.

If you want to browse a little deeper, we've built one of the easiest, simplest, and most pleasurable to use search options you'll ever experience. We've turned searching, into finding, where you can browse all of our properties currently for sale or rent, see which ones have upcoming open houses, and refine your search based on price, bedroom count, bathroom count, even by the specific keywords you're interested in.

Feeling social? Our app also includes the ability to share the properties you love with your friends, via Facebook, Twitter, Email and Messenger. If you're enjoying the app, we'd love you to say hello with the service of your choice too - either through Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Tumblr, Pinterest, Foodspotting or YouTube. All are just one tap away, and offer a wealth of information and insight about what it feels like to live in the markets we serve.

Even if you've missed a property of the day from us, you can still go back in time using our 'Archives' options, which document the past two weeks of special homes, and allow you to browse them on your schedule, not ours.
