Auto tech assist app that allows the tech to provide repair service documentation for an RO assigned to them by a service advisor. The tech will enter the RO#, select an vehicle system and related repair service; then provide a description of the repair issues and options, plus capture a short video and/or a photo. The tech can then attach an arrow they can drag and drop on the photo to pinpoint the exact spot where the repair issue is located. The tech then is able to send the description, video and photo to a remote location, where it can be viewed by the vehicle owner and the service advisor.
