Application Description
Cogent vCRM is a fast and easy way for mobile CRM users to leverage voice recognition to help increase mobile productivity with daily CRM tasks.
Use Cogent vCRM in real-time and in real world field sales scenarios by leveraging voice recognition to: create new Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Notes, Leads, Calendar Events, Tasks, and Emails.
Use Cogent vCRM to interactively update and coordinate with colleagues. At work, in the field at client sites, Cogent vCRM provides seamless realtime access to CRM Data at your fingertips.
The Cogent vCRM app currently supports Salesforce.com ENTERPRISE or UNLIMITED Edition. We are working on optimized support for PROFESSIONAL Edition and will be releasing that shortly.
Installation Process:
1. Download the Cogent vCRM app
2. Create your Cogent Mobile User Account
3. When prompted, enter your Salesforce.com Username and Password (your password should be immediately followed by your security token)
4. Once your Authentication is granted, you are off and running to use the app. You have the options to quickly scan through the brief tutorial or leverage the voice guided prompts on each of the domains which Cogent supports.
