This App is packed full of information about coffee, coffee making and coffee drinking. Above all it is designed to be handy source of information about coffee and is free of all advertisements. If you wish you can even send in your own photographs of Coffee Art and tasting notes through the app.
The core of the Coffee Excellence App is built around the Barista training course material used in 918 Coffee Co.’s International training courses. It provides all the information and instruction needed to teach you how to make a variety of perfect coffees and also includes descriptions of over 30 single origin coffees from all over the world.
For those about to purchase a coffee machine for home use there is a section on Home Equipment under the Barista tab - this section alone could save you a considerable amount on your purchase.
Barista:
This is the training part of the app and covers all aspects of preparing really good coffee.
Barista Drinks:
This section explains how to make 11 different coffee drinks including Cappuccino, Latte and Macchiato. There are lots of photographs throughout the App and the ‘Gallery’ provides examples of Cappuccino Art to give you ideas to copy.
