CODE - NIGHTCLUB OF THE YEAR - NIGHTLIFE AWARDS 2010
Code Nightclub has become an institution in New Zealand's nightlife. Although ever evolving it's still considered to be the spiritual home to the harder and darker edge of the dance scene and has built a following of passionate music lovers.
Code has always been the stand-out favourite on the big nights where it's played host to DJs such as D-Cup, Lazy Rich,Vandalism, King of Tomorrow, Axwell, Dirty South and local favourites Aural Trash with Greg Churchill and Angela Fisken. Over the past 12 months Code has established a new family of resident DJs second to none including Dirty Funky Dildz, Prateek, Andy Waite, Wade Magowen and Oz all under the guidence of Deep Hard n Funky founder Ricky Newby who has applied his extensive industry experience to consistently raise the bar of this iconic nightclub.
Setting the standard with events such as Ministry of Sound, Fierce Angel, Noize Control and Suck My Disco' along with regular touring international acts the future looks bright for New Zealand's #1 Nightclub.
