Staying on track with doctor's appointments and medications is key to management of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Asking your healthcare provider questions at any phase of your treatment will
- help you take an active role in managing your disease,
- help ensure you get the best care possible.

It's challenging to remember all the questions you want to ask your doctor or nurse and also challenging to remember their answers. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) has created the CML Tracker Recorder app to help you
- organize questions for your healthcare providers,
- record answers from your healthcare providers,
- play back the Q & A at a later time.

This app is designed to be used with the LLS tool, My CML Tracker, which is available for use on smartphones, tablets and on the web at www.CMLTrackerLLS.org. This app allows you to access questions saved in My CML Tracker when talking with your healthcare providers and record and playback their answers. These audio files will be uploaded to My CML Tracker and saved with other information you enter from your doctor's visit.
