When Doctor Paul Gironda announces he has a formula for the manufacture of synthetic gold. An International Research Foundation agrees to help him develop his formula, but before the Board of Directors of the foundation arrive at Gironda's laboratory to witness his achievement, he is heard crying out, and disappears before the help arrives. Reporter Walter Jameson, and Gironda's daughter Verna, call in investigator Craig Kennedy and his partner to find both the scientists and the formula, but Kennedy suspects the involvement of the notorious mystery villain known only as......
