With Cloudy Notes you can scribble down notes on a business meeting or in class, as well as create free hand diagrams. Or you can create simple drawings just for fun.

You can transfer notes over to iPhoto on your iPad. From iPhoto you can then publish them or send them to colleagues or friends in class.

There is a Pro version around the corner, where notes are automatically put on our cloud, where they can be either private or public. In the Pro version, users can view, edit and share notes in the browser or on mobile phones like iPhone, Android and Blackberry.
