Application Description
CloudClick is the first mobile chat application that can be used both on the ground and inflight. This means you can receive live assistance while you are flying at 35,000 feet through your mobile device or computer. No matter if you need to purchase (change) an airline ticket, send a message to someone, make a hotel, car or dinner reservation or simply get driving directions this app is for you. Travel can be frustrating enough without being stranded on a plane with no connection to the ground. CloudClick can ease your travels by providing real-time relevant assistance to a travel expert.
You can chat through the application itself or over your SMS/Text. Within seconds you can connect with a live agent or concierge that will chat one-on-one with you until your issue is resolved.
How it works on the ground through your existing network or Wi-Fi connection:
1. Click on CloudClick application
2. Click on CHAT icon
3. Choose the subject you want to chat about (air, hotel, car, dining...)
4. Choose to chat via SMS/Text or through a browser (SMS recommended)
5. Connect to a live agent.
How it works in the air during your flight:
1. You must first connect through the airlines Wi-Fi provider.
2. Click on CloudClick application on your mobile device or visit www.CloudClick.info
3. Click on the CHAT icon
4. Choose the area you want to chat about
5. Connect to a live agent.
This application is great for busy corporate employees trying to make last second changes, find ground transportation or have an urgent message delivered before they land.
