CloudCapsule is designed to provide secure encryption of data that resides on public and private cloud storage. Users can link their favorable cloud storage account to CloudCapsule, and encrypt, import and export files securely through CloudCapsule. That is, as suggested by the name Capsule, it creates a secure environment on a user's iOS device to securely access data in the Cloud. By security, this means data is encrypted in the storage server, in transit, and only decrypted and accessible within the CloudCapsule app. That is, no other app can access the data. When the CloudCapsule app closes, all data is cleaned from the memory and local iOS storage, leaving no trace behind. In addition, CloudCapsule has a built-in privacy browser that can hide the browser's User-Agent and location to protect the user's web surfing privacy.
