Close Your Flight Plan serves as an important reminder for pilots to close your flight plan. Before takeoff, tell the app your approximate time enroute. When the timer expires a message pops up as a reminder to close your flight plan.

If you haven’t already, you have the option to close your flight plan using the app in two ways. First you can input your information into the form and submit it electronically (this requires a DUATS account).
