Socializer is an application provided by Clorets in Egypt. Using a check-in mechanism, the application provides users with a range of outing destinations to hang out in and socialize. The more you check-in, the extra points you earn to allow you to win Clorets’ multiple prizes.

Terms and conditions of the “Clorets Socializer” application to set a legally binding agreement between Clorets and competition participants:
1) The Promoter of the Competition is “Kraft Foods Egypt”, through its product “Clorets” (herein after referred to as “Clorets”).
2) This Competition is open to residents in Egypt only, who hold an Egyptian nationality and should be aged 18 years old as a winner of the competition.
3) The Competition will start on the 19th of May 2013 and end 30th of June 2013.
4) The winner will be chosen by the closing time on the ending date and time of the Competition Period, mentioned above. Clorets accepts no responsibility for any entries which are delayed due to any error, omission, delay in operation, transmission, network or software problems or any other reason beyond the Clorets’s control.
5) To enter, Facebook® users must enter the Clorets Facebook® fan page, which can be found at [www.facebook.com/Cloretsegypt] users, must click on the “like” button, upon which they will find a tab to enter the Application and accept the terms and conditions of use in order to gain access to the application.
6) The application “Clorets Socializer” can downloaded from Apple store and can be used as follows:
a) Download the application
b) Like the Facebook page
c) Go the our sponsored restaurants “Café Mex, Coffee Shop Company, Pottery Café, Renaissance Cinema & Golden Stars Cinema”
d) Check in
e) Collect Socializer Points “SPs”
f) The participant who will collect the maximum number of SPs at the end of June 2013 will be the winner of the Competition.
7) Winning mechanism: the person who will collect maximum number of SPs at the end of the competition will win a trip with 4 of his friends (same gender) which comprises of 5 round trip tickets (inclusive of the winner) to Sharm El Sheikh or Hurghada (depending on the country political circumstances which is left up to the discretion of Clorets), in addition to an accommodation in a 5 star hotel on bed and breakfast basis, specifically 1 double room and 1 triple room.
8) In case of a tied number of SPs, the winner will be identified based on the participant that reached the highest SPs first.
9) The pointing system is as follows:
a) Every check-in gives you 10 SPs
b) If the user checks in 2 different locations in one day it gives them 30 SPs (an extra 10 bonus SPs)
c) Every 10 check-ins in 1 week gives 150 SPs (an extra 50 bonus SPs)
10) Mechanics:
a) Users are only allowed to check-in once every two hours
b) Users are only allowed 1 check-in per venue each day
c) The week starts on every Saturday 12.01am and ends on every Friday at 11.59pm
11) The Clorets application can by no means be replicated and applied for other brands, products, pages, and websites.
12) To take part in the Competition the below steps through Facebook are to be followed:
a) Like the page.
b) Accept terms and conditions.
c) Start Socializing and Collecting SPs.
13) Entries with incomplete or invalid information will not be accepted as valid entries into the competition.
14) Participation in this Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
