Application Description
My Landlord (City West) is an app that enables City West Housing Trust’s customers to request repairs and contact their landlord. It is a simple process for customers to send details of any issues, attach an image and confirm their availability for the repair to be undertaken.
City West Housing Trust receives the report immediately and can communicate within the app. This means all messages are sent and received by the app, so that the customer can easily see all the comments, questions and the status of the repair, and the repairs process can be managed as quickly as possible. The app allows customers to report multiple problems/ repairs and see them all separately.
In addition to housing repairs reporting, My Landlord (City West) provides customers with a range of information and other services from City West Housing Trust. For example there are links so you can make rent and other payments, contact us by email and send feedback, find information about welfare reform and tips to help make your money go further. If you are signed up to iHousing, you can also log in to this via this app. There is access to Universal Jobmatch from Jobcentre Plus and a range of local services, as well as Universal Credit.
