Application Description
CircuitMate Pro - Creating training sessions just got simple! And fast!
CircuitMate is great for CrossFit and it now lets you share training sessions with your friends via email from within the app.
CircuitMate Pro allows you to do more than create countdown timers for your activities. CircuitMate Pro allows you to do more than putting timers into groups.
With CircuitMate Pro you create training circuits from timers AND sets.
Create a training circuit with 30 countdown timers in under 10 seconds simply by selecting timers and sets from those you've created and saved, or those of your friends.
Three steps to creating your first training circuit:
1. Create timers for your activities:
Sit-ups, Intervals, Shuttle run, Sprint, Lunges, Jog, Rest, Stretch, Warm up
2. Create a set by tapping on the timers you want to add
My First Set:- Sit-ups --- Lunges --- Shuttle run
3. Create a circuit by tapping on your timers and sets:
My First Circuit:- Warm-up --- My First Set --- Rest --- My First Set --- Stretches
Press play and all the timers in your circuit play out one after the other.
You can save your circuit for next time, or modify it as you choose by rearranging, removing or adding sets and timers.
OTHER FEATURES
- Email circuits and timers to friends for them to use
- Interface focussed completely on speed and simplicity - Circuits can be created in seconds by dropping in sets and timers you've already created.
- Sample timers, sets and circuits have been pre-installed with a clear user guide to help you get started.
