Chinese Flash uses spaced-repetition to help you learn Chinese words, with a focus on tones and pronunciation (pinyin spelling). Spaced repetition is the best way to learn a lot of words, especially for a difficult language like Chinese. But spaced repetition isn't all Chinese Flash can do.
Once you have answered the question, Chinese Flash will show you the correct pronunciation, and the definition. It will also usually show you a breakdown of the character into components (since most Chinese characters are built from component characters and radicals), and a quote of the character in use. The quote will also include the pronunciation of any characters it doesn't think you know, and a link to the article.
