Chimeras is an interactive sound app that allows people to create an interesting sound by shaking your iPhone. It's an interactive generative art work. When you open the app, you will see one colorful ball appeared in the screen. It's called a chimera cell. The chimera cell is growing over time till the maximum limit reached since application opened. When the device is charging, the chimera cell will release energy to become original status, a small ball. The size of chimera cell is related to the frequency of the sound. Therefore, users can interact with app to create the music by shaking the iPhone. Chimeras is an interactive toy or musical instrument. It brings people a special sound experience.

Artwork's Concept
Chimeras is a metaphor for the human species having already become chimeras of the organic and virtual – digital tools have become a part of our physical body. Real memory and digital memory mix and blend within hypothetical and real space to become a hybrid entity with the ability to evolve and reproduce.
