Chef Plan is a new app which enables you to efficiently organize every single meal according to your exigences and needs: the app's screen is divided in days, so that it will be extremely easy to manually insert what you are going to eat both for lunch and for dinner.

Thanks to the app's colored tags, you can keep under control how many times you eat meat, fish, pasta/rice, dairy products, vegetables or fried food: in this way you can easily verify if your diet is balanced and eventually vary it.

Once you have inserted what you are going to eat on the app, Chef Plan will show you when you ate that food last: this is another useful tool to use for a healthy and varied diet!! On the contrary, if you do not know what to cook for lunch/dinner, you can pick a suggestion from Chef Plan: the app allows you to choose among a list of the dishes you have not recently eaten.
