Charleston Waterkeeper is dedicated to "Measurably improving the quality of Charleston's waterways through hands-on community involvement, scientific monitoring and legal action."

This app is designed to engage and involve citizens in, on and around our waterways. By employing the eyes and ears of the public, Charleston Waterkeeper can expand it's ability to watch over our waterways. The app serves as a tool to allow citizens to report something that is impacting the quality of our waterways (i.e. an oil spill, discharging pipe, excessive marine debris, abandoned boat, etc.) using a reporting process that is as easy and informative as possible.
