CrossFit Downey is an innovative fitness facility located in downtown Downey. Our classes offer a combination of functional movements, plyometrics, gymnastics and weightlifting. Our athletes are pushed to their limits every time they step into the facility (also called a “box”). We focus on a healthy lifestyle in and out of the box, emphasizing on a proper diet to reach optimal health and fitness results.

CrossFit Downey is more than a place to workout it’s a community. We foster a supportive environment of friends who push each other to do the very best they can. Our athletes are extremely diverse in their experience, conditioning, and lives; and include students, business executives, stay-at-home moms, police officers, attorneys, and teachers.
