Application Description
This application is required to use a William Hill mobile sports app. Please download upon request.
The app provides legal Mobile Sports Wagering with Las Vegas odds. This application is for use by account wagering customers who are 21 years of age or older and may only be used within the State of Nevada. William Hill accounts must be applied for in person at a William Hill Sports Book location in the State of Nevada. A complete list of locations can be found at http://www.williamhill.us/find-a-book
This application allows you to place a wide variety of sports wagers including straight bets, parlay bets, round robins, and teasers. Options are also available to review your open bets and your account history, and to review lists of player injuries and game results.
* This is a LEGAL sports wagering application, licensed by the State of Nevada and can only be used when a consumer and phone is located in the State of Nevada.
* A mobile wagering account must be established in person with valid ID and Social Security Number (SSN) at a William Hill location in Nevada. The SSN is required per IRS requirements for reporting taxable winnings. All applications are processed to verify the that the applicant meets all criteria to open an account.
* The application is only provisioned and accessible for wagering after an account application is approved. The user must deposit money and withdraw all money directly at a William Hill Sports Book or kiosk. Withdrawals can be made instantly.
* William Hill independently verifies the location of the device by requesting the location of that device directly from the wireless carrier. Application security and location policies have been established that have been tested and approved by the Nevada Gaming Control Board that does NOT allow a device to be spoofed, remotely controlled, connected to a USB cable, or otherwise used by other than the account holder. Algorithms monitor access to the application location in the vicinity of all Nevada State borders.
