Are you or a loved one faced with an HIV diagnosis? We’re here to help.
CareZone helps organize the mountain of important information you’re challenged to manage, from medications and pharmacies, to observation journals, care calendars and emergency contacts.
We provide a safe, private place to get everything written down and backed up; along with a simple and secure means of sharing that information with loved ones or extended family; and a fantastic reminder and notification system to keep everyone on top of changes, updates, even new medication dosages and refill dates.
