Application Description
Welcome to Career Days
an event especially designed to help you to step into your future and find the right employer.
Fairs
During one day, companies are present at your university campus with their stands. This offers you the great opportunity to present yourself, talk to the company representatives face-to-face, and leave a lasting impression on them.
Workshops
A workshop provides you with insights into what companies might expect from future employees. You solve specific problems or participate in a real-life business case under the guidance of company representatives.
Presentations
Are you interested in certain companies, but don't know anything about them? For example which kind of opportunities they offer to graduates? How many graduate jobs those the company offer? Or what the selection procedure looks like? Then the company presentations are the perfect opportunity for you to learn more and get a first impression!
One to one meetings
This service allows you to get a better insight into the company you are particularly interested in. You talk with a company representative in a private setting and can express your motivation directly to him. One-to-one meetings last approximately 40 minutes and take place during the Career Fair day.
Company profiles
This section enables you to find information on the companies attending Career Days, as well as the opportunities they can offer you, and the specifics of their recruitment process.
Career Days and AIESEC
Since the year 1969, AIESEC has organised career events at most Swiss universities. Since 2005, these events are organized under the name AIESEC Swiss Career Days. In 2010, AIESEC Career Days were taking place at 6 universities with around 100 participating companies. AIESEC Career-Days are organized from students for students.
