CampusCoaches is a stress management and wellness app designed to complement the live, in person CampusCoachesTM group stress management and wellness coaching program for teachers.
Understanding that teachers are the ones who have the most impact on the culture of a school, we are dedicated to supporting them with uncommonly compassionate, empathetic, and skillful coaching throughout the school year, empowering them to take charge of their health in mind, body, and spirit. We enlist the support of the school community to embrace the people who teach their children, knowing that by supporting them, all students and families will benefit from a culture steeped in holistic wellness. This complementary – and complimentary! (for coaching participants) – app aims to fill in the spaces between sessions with concise suggestions that build upon each other to help teachers chart their own course to effective stress management and general health – and even to bring their students along for the ride.
