Cambridge iReport is a full-featured tool which allows the public to quickly and easily report problems such as potholes, defective streetlights and graffiti directly to the responsible departments. In addition to basic information about the problem, the app allows you to submit a photo as well as the exact location of the report via GPS to facilitate a faster response. The reports are fed directly into the City’s work order system and assigned to the appropriate teams within each department for action and given a tracking number.
