Unlike other fitness apps, 'Calories M7' doesn't need to be running in the background to track your activities.
Your activity data is collected by M7 motion co-processor in the iPhone 5S without using a significant amount of battery power.
So you can view your activitie graph for the last 7 days, even if you have never installed this app before.
Set your weight, age and female/male.
When you need information, just launch this app.
By monitoring at your daily activity, you can get an idea of how active you have been a week.
