Application Description
CalendarBlender consolidates all your calendars, tasks and contacts into one app so you can better coordinate yourself and communicate with your entire family.
*No need to switch between apps to see the events on your calendars or tasks in your list
*Tasks can be assigned to anyone else with an email or SMS address. A request for help is sent after you name the task and add any specific instructions.
*Tasks can be associated with an event. Create the birthday party event and associate tasks like (1) buy birthday present (2) ask spouse to pick up from the party (3) reminder to take socks. When you save the event, the request for help is sent to each person assigned to each task.
*Find Free Time helps you find the blocks of time when one or multiple people in your calendars are all free at the same time. Select a time frame and the event is added to all of the calendars which are associated with the new event.
*No importing of data is necessary. Calendar Blender reads calendar events from your iOS Calendars, tasks from iOS Reminders and contacts from iOS Contacts. CB remains in sync with the iOS calendar system that is on your iPhone or iPad.
