With this program you can perform basics calculations for Upstream in a simply way:


- Gas Flowrate Calculation:

With this program you can just calculate the gas flowrate resulting from a chart of Barton differential pressure recorders. Only basic data are needed (Static Pressure, Differential Pressure, Orifice Diameter, Pipe ID, etc.). You no longer need to carry data to the office, with this software you can see the gas flowrate standing in front of the recorder in the field.


- Estimated flowrate for sucker rod pump:

To calculate the estimated flowrate for a downhole pump in oil wells just by using Pumpjack stroke length, strokes per minute and plunger pump diameter.



- Strokes per minute:

With this program you can easily calculate the Strokes Per Minute of Sucker Rod Pump (SRP) in oil wells with beam pump.


- Prime Mover Sheave diameter calculation:

You can easily calculate the prime mover sheave diameter of a Pumpjack, to achieve the desired Strokes Per Minute, depending on RPM of prime mover, pitch diameter of gear reducer sheave and gear reducer ratio of pumpjack.


- Sucker Rod Synchronism:

The sucker rod string movement develops harmonic vibrations in the rods. Synchronous motion of the rod string causes the vibrations to collide. It is very important to work with sucker rod pumping at Non-Synchronous speeds due to they cause pre-mature rod failure. With this program you can simply calculate the appropriate rates to avoid the rod string synchronism in each well.


- Well Test, gross production in storage tanks:

To determine the gross production from a well in bbl/d. Only you must set date and time of start and end of test, levels and tank constant the program calculates well production.
