CalcuIP consists of a Subnetting and a Summarization area.

1st Subnetting
You can specifiy a network or a host Address and CalcuIP calculates the corresponding networkdetails for that Network or Host. In case of a host CalcuIP calculates first the corresponding network to this Host.
This Network is called „Masternet“ and is used as the basic of further calculations.
You can change the „Masternet“ by swiping.
With the information from the „Masternet“ you can do subnetting.
The subnetting can be calculated by specifying the number of required networks or hosts.
You can get the detailinformations of the subnets by tab on „Show Subnet“ or by swiping upwards.
The information of each subnet provides you the following:
Network, Netmask, First IP, Last IP, Broadcast IP and the Wildcardmask of each subnet.

2nd Summarization
The summarization function calculated according to the specification of IP / Network addresses the common overall network.
