CabEasy is a technology-based car service bidding platform offering Riders & Providers a way to interact with one another in a more dynamic and market driven manner. It enables riders to name the price they would like to pay for a given ride. The livery services who are allowed to receive these bids can respond to them in one of three ways: 1) A livery services will accept the bid amount and thus take responsibility for servicing that ride, immediately. 2) One or more of the livery providers will send back counter bids if they think that the rider’s initial bid was too low. 3) They will simply choose to ignore the bid.

If a rider receives a counter bid(s), he has the option to accept that new bid price or ignore the counter bid. A rider's bid will remain active until the rider accepts a counter bid, submits a new bid price or the intended time of departure comes to pass. A rider may also cancel a bid at any time.

The application follows a very simple rider flow:

1) Rider inputs location/destination and submits bid to multiple Provider(s)
2) Providers accept, reject, or counterbid rider offer
3) Rider accepts (best bid); rejects undesirable counter bids.

4) Be ready when the car arrives. The rider should be ready to leave from their departure address at the time he/she designated when placing the bid.

Step 5: Enjoy your ride and pay the driver the confirmed bid amount at the completion of your ride. Remember, tip is already included in your bid amount, so you are not obligated to tip unless you want to.
