The Business Vehicle Logbook is an easy to use app to record your business trips in order to claim them as expenses.

There are 2 ways you can use this App:

1- Record all the trips and send the report to yourself or your accountant in order to claim the mileage.
2- Keep records for a set period and calculate the percentage of business trips so you can apply the ratio to your all motor vehicle expenses.
This app is simple to use and loaded with handy features including:

• Login using your Facebook or Twitter account or simply register using your phone.
• Online back up so you can recover all your data if your phone is lost or upgraded.
• Set “time out” to avoid entering the username and password all the time
• Record trips in either kilometres or miles
• Generates a log of location and times at the start and end of each trip so you have an accurate record of addresses, time stamps and distances
• Enter client name or purpose of trip for more detailed record keeping
• Create reports for any date range to give to your manager or to check where you were on a certain day or time
• Export data and reports as CSV or PDF file (In-APP purchase)

NOTE: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
