The bunker buoy app has been designed to ensure that whenever and wherever a superyacht decides to take on fuel, it can do so both efficiently and economically by comparing prices from the industry's leading fuel suppliers in a simple and transparent fashion.

Once you have downloaded the bunker buoy app and completed the yacht registration, the information supplied is then verified and you are then able to make a fuel enquiry. All you need to do is enter the location, date, time and quantity of fuel required into the app. This is then distributed to all the pre-registered fuel suppliers that are able to facilitate in that region, following which their offers will come back to you on your registered device.

Once you have reviewed all of the offers within the time frame you have set, simply select your preferred offer and supplier, at which point all details are exchanged. The fuel supplier will then contact you to discuss any further requirements you may have.
The bunker buoy app takes all the time consuming work out of making a fuel enquiry and gives you the option to book the best fuel at the cheapest price every time. The app is free for yachts to use.

Historical information regarding transactions is stored within the app to assist captains, management companies and owners and ensure the continued smooth running of the yacht.
