Build My Forms (BMF) iPhone app is primarily aimed at collection of data using customized forms. This app allows the users to build customized forms through a simple wizard over the web. The forms created are available on the mobile app for use. With the help of this app, users can access forms, fill it up and submit it to the central server. The apps support data in from of text, images, bar codes and latitude and longitude (as per user approval). One single admin account can receive data from multiple mobile phones.

Using the Build My Forms service, an organization or an individual can create multiple forms as per their requirement by registering to the Build My Forms web portal. If required, the associated data of these forms can be downloaded from the web portal using the admin account.
